Led the teasing and rollout strategy for "BOA," the third single from Megan's self-titled album. This included creative direction for the official teaser video, which premiered on her social media, sparking widespread conversation and making "BOA" a #1 trending topic.
The campaign featured a playable game that streamed the song while collecting data for targeted email marketing, alongside an influencer-driven digital strategy to amplify reach across social platforms.

Led operations and content capture for a flash mob in New York City centered around Megan's viral hit "Mamushi" featuring Yuki Chuba, and its infectious dance trend that took social media by storm.

FAN ACTIVATION
Conceptualized and executed a digital and experiential activation in Los Angeles and Houston for Megan’s Hot Girl Summer Tour in anticipation of her self-titled album release. Launched an interactive scavenger hunt through her merch social media and official X account, dropping clues for fans to find golden eggs containing exclusive prizes.
This concept was inspired by the golden egg symbolism featured on her album cover and branding. Fans had the chance to win exclusive merchandise, signed vinyl, and even tickets to the show. The activation generated significant buzz on social media, creating excitement among Megan’s fanbase ahead of the tour and album release.
